Last updated: 14 June 2026What you agree to when you use Waggle, and what we do and do not promise in return. Short, because it should be.
This is the same text the app itself shows under Profile → Terms of Service. If the two ever disagree, that is a bug — tell us and we will fix it.
01 Who you are agreeing with
Waggle is operated by Gigzen (incorporation in progress), Bhubaneswar, India. These Terms are an agreement between you and that company.
02 Acceptance
By creating an account or using Waggle, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
03 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to work as a driver or delivery partner in your jurisdiction.
04 Acceptable use
- Use GPS tracking only while actively working and in compliance with local laws.
- Do not harass other users or share unlawful content in chat or community feeds.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.
05 Location & safety
Waggle provides informational tools only. Always follow traffic laws and the policies of the platforms you work for. We are not responsible for accidents, fines, or third-party platform decisions.
06 Account termination
You may delete your account at any time in Profile settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
07 Disclaimer
The app is provided as is, without warranties. Earnings figures are estimates based on the rate you configured and the distance tracked.
