One delivery. Three apps.
Order from the shops around you, or send a parcel across town. The shop hands it to a verified rider, and the rider keeps the whole fare. Built in Bhubaneswar.
In closed testing · Android 7.0 and later · Not on Google Play yetWhy Waggle
A neighbourhood shop, the person ordering from it, and the rider carrying the order each see only their own piece of a delivery. Waggle puts all three on one network: every step is shared live, checked with a code, and paid in the open.
Waggle
For customers. Order from nearby shops, alone or as a group, now or later, and follow the rider to your door. Or send a parcel with Waggle Send.
Waggle Business
For shops. Take orders, turn each one into a delivery in a tap, watch the rider on a map, and keep GST invoices and payments in one place.
Waggle Gig
For riders. Offers nearby with the fare up front, spoken directions to the shop and the door, and earnings by the hour. The whole fare is yours.
Waggle Send
Parcels across town: documents, keys, a lunch left at home. Bike-size, up to 10 kg. You see the price first and pay the rider directly.
Checked with our own tests: 150 attacks on the database rules, all blocked, and 42 steps clicked through all three apps live, from a new rider's verification to the rating at the end of a delivery.
One order, start to finish

Offers you can see coming
The fare, how far the pickup is and the trip, with 45 seconds to take it. The fare is the rider's, all of it.

Turn-by-turn, spoken
Directions to the shop and then the door, read aloud, rerouting after a missed turn and keeping the rider on the road.

The shop sees its rider
Orders become deliveries in one tap, each with a 4-digit handover code, and a live map of the rider on the way.

Tracking to the minute
Follow the rider on the road with a countdown. The delivery code is for the door, never for a call.

Send a parcel
Both codes on your phone, the rider's verified UPI ID to pay at pickup, and a tracking link to share with the person receiving it.

Every delivery is rated
Customers, senders and shops rate the rider. The rider sees an average, never who rated; Gigzen follows up on low ones.
Trust, checked at every step
A stranger comes to your door and a shop hands over what it sold. Waggle is built so both can be sure of who they're dealing with.
- 01
Everyone is verified
Riders send an ID, a selfie and, on a motorbike, their driving licence and RC. Shops send PAN, their licences and a photo of the shop. A person at Gigzen checks each one before the first delivery.
- 02
A code at both ends
The shop gives the rider a pickup code; the customer gives a delivery code only at the door. A parcel is photographed when it's picked up.
- 03
Only what each person needs
A rider sees the full address and phone numbers only while carrying the order. A shop sees only its own riders on its map, and only while they carry its orders.
- 04
Pay that's out in the open
The rider keeps the whole fare. Shops pay riders straight to their UPI and record it, and a rider can flag a payment that never arrived.
What's coming

- Download the file on your Android phone.
- Open it. Android asks whether your browser may install apps. Allow it for the browser only.
- Install, then turn that permission off again. The apps don't need it.
All three are signed with Gigzen's release key. If you got a file anywhere else, check its SHA-256 matches before installing. The apps ask for your location, camera or photos only when a feature needs them.
